1. Well-Being & Life-Skill Development Lead
The Role: You will promote students' holistic growth—emotionally, socially, and psychologically. This role focuses on building a trauma-informed environment where students develop resilience and essential life skills.

Key Responsibilities: Design a well-being framework; lead sessions on emotional regulation; train teachers in positive discipline; and measure student growth using our MEL indicators.

Core Competencies: Deep knowledge of child development and trauma-informed practices; empathetic and proactive.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) in Psychology, Social Work, or Education; 3–5 years of experience supporting youth.

Salary: RM 5,000 – RM 6,000 (commensurate with relevant experience)
2. Marketing & Fundraising Associate
The Role: The architect of Fugee’s growth. You will ensure our digital platforms convert followers into supporters, turning brand awareness into tangible resources.

Key Responsibilities: Lead fundraising campaigns; manage the donor CRM; optimize the website (Shopify/SEO); and manage event logistics for donor lead generation.

Core Competencies: Strategic thinking and technical proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and email marketing.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or Data Analytics; minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or fundraising.

Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 4,000 (commensurate with relevant experience)
3. Communications & Creative Coordinator
The Role: The visual and narrative voice of Fugee. You will capture the heart of our work and mentor refugee community contributors to tell their stories with dignity.

Key Responsibilities: End-to-end video and photo production; writing human-interest stories; managing social media engagement; and maintaining the media center.

Core Competencies: Creative storytelling; high proficiency in Premiere Pro/CapCut and Canva; empathetic mentorship skills.

Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Communications or Creative Media; fresh grads are welcome (1 year experience is a plus).

Salary: RM 1,700 – RM 2,500 (commensurate with relevant experience)
4. Project Officer (HiEd)
The Role: Support the design and implementation of programs that enable refugees to access higher education, vocational training (TVET), and professional certifications.

Key Responsibilities: Develop project work plans and budgets; coordinate with universities and training providers; and support research on employment barriers.

Core Competencies: Strong project management; detail-oriented; and high emotional intelligence.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Social Work or Project Management; 2 years of experience in project coordination or the NGO sector.

Salary: RM 2,500 – RM 4,000 (commensurate with relevant experience)
5. English Bridging Teacher
The Role: You will be the first point of contact for students with little to no English literacy, creating a high-immersion environment that builds confidence.

Key Responsibilities: Design theme-based lessons using music, drama, and games; facilitate reading/writing activities; and engage with parents to build school-home partnerships.

Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of English teaching experience; certification in Early Childhood or Special Needs is an asset; energetic and creative.

Salary: RM 3,500 – RM 4,500 (commensurate with relevant experience)
6. Secondary English Teacher
The Role: Prepare secondary learners for academic excellence while fostering the character development needed for real-world success.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver Cambridge/IGCSE/GED syllabus content; mark student work and provide feedback; and manage classroom behavior using positive measures.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; at least 1 year of secondary teaching experience; well-versed in GED/Cambridge syllabus.

Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 4,000 (commensurate with relevant experience)
7. Secondary Social Studies Teacher
The Role: A passionate educator who brings history and society to life, inspiring critical thinking in a student-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver American Syllabus (Grade 7-9) and GED content; adapt lessons for diverse backgrounds; and encourage a growth mindset.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; at least 1 year of secondary teaching experience; fluent in English; comfortable in multicultural settings.

Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 4,000 (commensurate with relevant experience)
8. Part-Time Drama Teacher
The Role: Help students explore their creativity and build self-esteem through performing arts.

Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons; participate in school performances and events; and support holistic development strategies.

Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in the relevant subject; creative and open to non-traditional methods.

Salary: RM 1,500 – RM 2,000 (commensurate with relevant experience)
